www.bootdisk.com I need links to sites which carry images of bootable cdroms so people can burn a bootable cd and use the cd to repair computers. Of course you should include on the cd a basic set of utilities that an on site tech may need to service computers. The cd image may just be as large as a standard floppy image for bootdisk purposes and just include the standard msdos utilities. I want 5 sites at most. The listings will appear on the main page. Your site will have to have directions on how to make the CD as well as how to use it. Basic Site Requirements: - no popups whatsoever - no "slap the monkey" type ads or annoying flashing ads - no 50 to 100K graphics images to load - I have to link directly to the page with the cd bootdisk(s) - standard banner/sidebar/text ads and self promotion are perfectly fine - no XXX or warez sites. no serial sites - msdos boot and util files OK - the cd image may not contain warez but may contain shareware apps/utils - no password or subscription sites - your site cannot "mirror" or "copy" my site in any way - your site has to work in NS 4.7X because that's what I use Your site has to have a working email or contact address so people can contact you in regards to the download. This is "initially' necessary to make sure your directions and cd actually work. However, I'm not asking that you spend your time giving free tech support for newbies or otherwise. I don't expect you to spend your time giving free tech support and teaching people PC basics. I only need to verify at first that you are attentive and want to make sure your cd and directions actually work. Keep in mind I always seem to end up with any complaints regarding my links LOL. Also trust me that I know the legit ones from the newbie ones. Warning A link to you up top on my site will generate loads of traffic. Make sure you can handle it before you go through all the trouble. For example, last month [May 2002] I had 348,260 unique visitors and 3,000,303 page views. Keep in mind that you will have to accommodate file download traffic as well. My best guess is that will be at _least_ 1-10 gig/day. If you have any questions write info@bootdisk.com Thank You Ed
