Yes, this bios flashing bootdisk was created by me, and has been the number
one util for bios flashing for over 8 years. And, it's carried by many
motherboard makers and more than 3,200 other websites all over the world. 

It has NO drivers loading. And I created it with special care to assure that
no extra Bytes/bits were on the disk that could interfere with any operation
or file copying. It should have room for your flashing utility, your new
bios file, and space for the backup of your original bios in case you need
to go back.
